Our Vision

A Thriving Islamic Community Campus for Greater Sacramento

ICOSAC envisions a comprehensive campus that transcends a single building. Over the next decade, we are developing a vibrant, inclusive, and spiritually enriching hub that fosters religious growth, lifelong learning, ethical leadership, and compassionate service to both Muslim and broader communities.
Our integrated approach will serve the Greater Sacramento region through interconnected programs: a Sunni mosque accommodating 500+ worshippers, an accredited K–12 Islamic school, advanced Qurʾānic memorization institute (Ḥifẓkhāna), affordable senior housing for 50 elders, a recreational sports complex, research hub for Islamic innovation, halal-certified food services, and Sharia-compliant cemetery and funeral services.

By 2030–2036, ICOSAC will be recognized as a beacon of Islamic values, educational excellence, and community stewardship throughout Northern California. We invite all who share this vision, Muslims and non-Muslims alike, to join us.
